The first windows are in at Seneca Street Lofts. The building at 550 Seneca Street will contain 41 market-rate apartments and 18,500 sq.ft. of office space when it is complete. It is being undertaken by Frontier Group of Companies. CSS Construction is an investor and serves as the general contractor for the $5.4 million project that has been designed by Carmina Wood Morris.
